KVI Network Creations · Creative rights
Respecting the work of authors, artists, musicians, photographers, publishers, and collaborators.
Ownership of content
Unless otherwise credited, KVI-created branding, original writing, music, visual art, website designs, and published material belong to KVI Network Creations, LLC or are used under the relevant permissions. Contributor-created works remain owned by their respective creators unless an express agreement provides otherwise.
The appearance of a work on a KVI website does not transfer ownership to KVI, its visitors, or other contributors.
Viewing and sharing
You may read publicly available material and share links back to the original page. Reproducing entire articles, poems, illustrations, recordings, photographs, books, or magazine features, or selling or licensing them, requires permission unless applicable law independently allows the use.
Do not remove author credits, copyright notices, or identifiers, and do not present KVI’s name, designs, or marks as an endorsement without authorization.
Contributions and permissions
Creative submissions must follow the terms of the particular submission form, contributor agreement, event, or editorial invitation. Publication licenses should be understood from those terms rather than assumed from a public website visit.
For permissions, licensing, reprints, or artwork inquiries, contact info@kvinc.org and identify the work and proposed use.
Reporting copyright concerns
If you believe material displayed on a KVI website infringes rights you own or are authorized to represent, write to info@kvinc.org. Include the work, the relevant page URL, your contact information, an explanation of your claim, and the rights you represent. We will review reports and may request further information.
Knowingly inaccurate copyright complaints or counter-notices can have legal consequences. Rights and procedures under applicable law remain available to all parties.
Third-party creative work
Third-party fonts, logos, stock media, product images, and embedded services are subject to their respective rights and licenses. Crediting a creator is not a substitute for permission where permission is required.
For questions about this policy, contact info@kvinc.org or use our Contact page.
